行為過程
裸身盤腿坐在鏡子上，凝視前方，舉起手宣誓。
用膠帶及剪刀將胸部捆成平坦的狀態。
按下計時器開始計時。
每過一段時間再繼續纏上膠帶。
等待身體出現紅腫的現象。
停下計時器。
剪開透明膠帶,展現紅腫的身體。
拿起計時器展示,凝視前方。
「這是我掌控自身本質的時間。」
